Supersonic Greens is a concentrated daily greens powder developed by Arable Grow in South Africa. It combines nine vertically farmed microgreens with spirulina, lion’s mane mushroom, pea protein, prebiotic inulin and monk fruit, bringing plant diversity and functional nutrition together in one convenient serving.

Simply mix one scoop into water, milk, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite breakfast.

Plant Diversity with a Purpose

No single green provides the same variety of naturally occurring plant compounds. That is why Supersonic Greens combines nine complementary microgreens rather than relying on one powdered ingredient or too many dilutive ingredients.

Red veined sorrel, coriander and red cabbage microgreens are known for naturally occurring carotenoids such as beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, plant pigments associated with normal vision, immune function and protection against oxidative stress.

Broccoli microgreens contain glucoraphanin and related compounds that can form sulforaphane, which has been widely studied for its role in the body’s natural antioxidant and cellular-defence pathways.

Red cabbage and red veined sorrel contribute anthocyanins and polyphenols, while basil, coriander and mint add a broader range of naturally occurring compounds associated with antioxidant activity.

Pea and wheatgrass microgreens complete the blend with chlorophyll, carotenoids and complementary plant nutrients for everyday vitality.

Prebiotic Inulin

The formula contains approximately 6 g of added inulin per 60 g container, providing around 200 mg per recommended 2 g serving.

Inulin is a recognised prebiotic fibre that can be used by beneficial bacteria in the gut. Supersonic Greens can therefore form part of a varied, fibre-rich and gut-conscious diet.

Grown by Arable Grow

The microgreens are grown in Arable Grow’s controlled vertical-farming environment in South Africa, allowing us to carefully manage their growing conditions without pesticides.

After harvesting, the microgreens are carefully dried and milled before being added to the final blend. This gives Supersonic Greens a direct and traceable connection to the farm where its microgreens are grown.

How to Use

Mix one measured serving, approximately 2 g, into water, milk, a smoothie, protein shake, yoghurt, oats or another cold food or drink.

Use one serving daily as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
